    Groton parts , good ? E36 up ?

question # 1) needing to redo my front end, noticed that FC Groton parts has a good deal on some parts
example both control arms, both tie rods, both sway bar links, and both control arm bushings for $170, but its a kit, and I would want to sub out the offset bushings
that same set up would cost a bit more elsewhere ( one example: pelican parts using thier "other" brands =260)

so has anyone used Grotons parts, any good, ?

    2) noticed that some places list an "upgrade" to e36 control arms
the only difference I can find is that with some you can replace just the ball joints on the arms of e36.....is there any other benefit ??

All of these questions have been covered many times. The Groton parts question came up less than a week ago.

Groton parts are cheap for a reason. People have had them break on them. I (as well as many others) only use Lemforder parts when it comes to crucial items such as these. Do what you will though.

M3 offset bushings are great for the money. I'd go with them, and use stock replacement parts for control arms and tie rods.

Try to search a bit next time.
