in SoCal, they measure the "low-ness" of your car under the headlights. 12 inches from the bottom of the light to the floor.

people started putting hydraulics in their low riders cause cops gave them shit in LA, so I'm guessing the cops must actually care.

your skirts must be pretty big to only be 4" of the ground on eibach prokit. Im on coilovers with no skirts and its 4 1/2" of the ground. My car is decently low compared to most. As far as I know bmw325csi is correct. They measure it from the headlights down.
That traffic stop was probably a one time thing.
