Im running H&R sport E30 springs on factory M3/Mcoupe front struts and my springs are really compressed, theres about 2 or 3 coils that are touching when the car is sitting on the ground. also i can get my finger in there and move the bumpstop up and down, but it only has about 1-1/2 to 2" of movement, and i can feel this when driving, i notice that the bumpstops are hitting alot.
are E30 springs taller than E36M3 springs? is it a bad idea to shorten my bumpstop (cut it in half)?
or should i just leave it all alone?
