I need to replace my rears, and am considering the JT rear mounts. Any advice?
Which rear shock mounts?

Seems with E36 and Z3 folks, the cheap way is E46 M3 mounts with Z3 reinforcements. For the aggressive street/light track, the JT's are OK, the GC's are perfered (GC is what I have). For all out track, solid monoball from GC or TC Kline is the way to go (no good on the street, and need a lot of maintance). I have GC on my track car - Monoball is not allowed in my class. Bimmerworld sells them - they have a liftime warranty, and James Clay (professional racer and owner of Bimmerworld) said he has never had to replace one under warrranty.
No perceivable addional NVH (Noise, Vibration or Harshness). Easy install - bonus if you have externally adjustable rear shocks (ie - some Koni), you can remove the shocks from the car without tearing the trunk apart with the GCs.Comment

GCs are not preferred. JT is the best RSM on the market right now. The Urethane bushing on the GCs is too stiff and can bend the shock shaft. The shock needs to be able to sway front to back a bit as the suspension travels, the JT allows for this.Adam Fogg- '88 M3
