    Ahh power steering...

My powersteering is leaking major amounts of fluid everywhere. when i check the reservior it is always semi-full but, could it be the clamps that hold the line to the reservior are loose or do i have to replace the powersteering pump. Also the lines look pretty good except for one of them, it has a little bit of fuid that looks like it leaked from where the metal hardline connects to the rubber part.

First you need to figure where its comeing from. If it is leaking around the clamps then yes replace those first and see if it leaks. If it is a hose then replace that. Each component can be replaced seperatly. Replace the line that looks bad because if it got that far then it is definally bad.

Your rack could have pitting and it gets blow by turns. Or leaking in numerous othe areas. Start searching.

Clean the area first. Then look for fresh leaks.
