Ground control.. Is this right ??

Okay so i had billi sports on my car already so i ordered the ground control coil kit. my question is, is the top shock nut pictured supposed to be a smaller diameter than the actually adjuster threads ?? seems wrong to me for some reason let me know asap. thanks

Yes, the adjuster threads I.D. is larger than the O.D. of the gland nut, since the adjusters sit on the lower spring perch. The GC kit should come with a new lower spring perch that you weld in place.

are those billi sports ? how low did you put the perch

That pic is not my car, but it appears to have Bilsteins. When I did it with Bilstein Sports years ago I put the GC lower perch in place of the factory lower perch after cutting it off. I suppose you could put it lower on the strut but you have to consider the roll center and how much roll stiffness you'll have.
