    Suspension problems

Just installed a takicos blue shocks/spring on my 87 325e last night. They were used for about 2 years prior to me buying them and installing. It seems when i turn the wheel, sometimes, i can hear the springs poping, like some small binding is occuring. Is this normal on spring that are still adjusting? Also one of the takico rears was blown, im in the process of getting a new one. So i just went ahead and threw the spings on the rear with my stock shocks. The passenger side sits like an inch higher. Anyone know why?

Are the springs new? They need time to settle, and it can depend on the rubber spring pads on the strut and the trailing arms in the back. Make sure they are seated all the way down, and make sure all the bolts you touched are tightened down to the right torque.

The springs were ran on another e30 for two years. I used my old spring pads, they had very minor cracks and wear but overall in decent shape. I have no idea whats going on with my rear and why one side is high then the other, All i did was put the aftermarket springs on with the stock shocks. Both stock style shocks are in good shape.
