Springs. What is there available now? Where to get them?

For right now I really only am considering IE Stage 3. I like the drop and rates seem good. I have read reports of good things from Vogtland as well. Have Bilstein Sport set in the mail.

So what should I go with? What springs are out there and what can I buy now? I am interested in Lowtech 60/50 but not going to wait months for it. Need a drop and wheels :)

    Thanks guys!

Get TMS-Jstocks, revalve those bilsteins, and get front drop hats.

Stiff as hell, looks good too.

Are you specifically wanting a standard spring setup? And what is the ultimate goal here; looks, slam, dd?

Already have a slammed car. I am looking for a nice 1.5-2in drop that handles decently. I have the bilstein sports coming. Probably going to run the 15x8 C1s from Tirerack with 225.50.15 or 205.50.15

Probably do some auto-x and just drive around and have fun.

Late or early model? That is the difference between IE3 and H&R race.

I would seriously talk to Stephen about the coilover gig though. It is super cheap and you can select any spring rate and any ride height. Also, the GC camber plates are worth looking into, but not necessary if you are on coils. If you go with the IE3 or H&R I would get the camber plates because they will help lower the front end (which they need).

Sig is H&R race, standard top mounts.

would you be interested in sharing your info about how you did it? Im thinking about getting coils next year but not looking forward to spending alot, so any tips to save money would be great.

edit: never mind I found your thread on your setup.

Where do you get the front drop hats? BMP used to carry them, but I don't see them in their catalogue any more. I need a couple sets.

                        Yes, but it went unanswered.

I ended up having DitchDigger make me a set. Send him a PM.

OP, I'll have my current H&R sports for sale as soon as I get my jstocks on. (next week) I'm even relatively local to you. They're great springs, soft enough for cushy daily use, but stiff enough for some fun. Plus, they match with bilstein sports perfectly. I autocrossed them as well this season and last, performed quite well.

It didn't go unanswered. The answer was that they no longer make them, or the quality sucks (I don't remember which). Either way the only way to get a good set is to make them yourself or have someone make them. It isn't hard if you have access to the tools needed.
