i keep blowing front mounts

i have bilstein sport shocks and h&r springs sports. i go like 2 weeks then they blow. Pissing me off any suggestions

Stop buying cheap junk mounts and get oem...

what mounts are you blowing? upper strut mounts?

if they are blowing quickly I would stop looking at the mounts themselves and look at the way you are installing them. Im not attacking your abilities but maybe you are overlooking a key install procedure
