    Need help choosing E30 Coilovers...

    What do you recommend?! She is turboed and I need to keep her glued to the ground :-P Id like adjustable, top brand :crazy:

    mabey some recommendations of spring/shock combos?

        It ultimately comes down to how much you're willing to spend, and if you really need something super high-end...

          AST and Moton are basically the same thing BTW.

          GC will do for most, AST 4 series for the track oriented + DD duty, and AST 5 series / crazy shit for those who have the pockets and want to show it.

          The main step between the systems are the dampers. GC uses SA Konis while AST/Moton/ uses multi point adjustable custom damper systems with reservoirs.

              Moton, JRZ, AST are all monotube adjustable dampers.

              Mostly AST with some comparison from a Moton owner. Lots of info on ast build quality.
