    So I was just driving a long yesterday ... and this happened.

    Yep, but it happened to my SRT4 that had KW coilovers :(. Very expensive.

      Well right now i'm just rocking no rear swaybar ... so it's cheap for now. But I plan on not running a sway once I switch over to GC's. So I guess the switch will be sooner then later.

          The trailing arm tabs HAVE to be reinforced with bigger sways.

            As mentioned above, that's what happens when you don't weld in reinforcements for the rear swap pickup points.

            Unless you go to extremely stiff springs, I think you'll still want a rear sway.
            The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

              Yeah my plan is to go with some pretty stiff springs(GC Coils). For probably the next year or so this will be my daily. So i'm content with just driving around without a swaybar. Just by the sound it was making, I thought it was a lot worse when it broke. But thankfully it was just the tab.

                  The best way of reinforcing the pickup points is by welding in the plates that Turner offers, or their equivalents.They triangulate the load by attaching to the subframe body.
