Can I use my stock height bilstien HD with a lowering kit.

I want to see if I could get away with keeping my fairly new shocks. I want to add camber plates and would consider lowering the car a little at the same time.

Should be fine, the sports would be better but the HD's are still great shocks.

you can get m3 springs. 1 inch drop. should be fine without blowing your HD's :)
