hr oe sports i think give about the same (?)
hr sports/eibach pro give just about an inch
the sticky thread is your friend, find a pic of a ride height you like and copy their choices
Eibach Prokits are LOW. H&R OEs or sports are not that different but it's still down a few inches from stock. Take the manufacturers numbers and double them and you'll be a lot more accurate.
