    Cheap, but good.

I am looking for a good quality coilover kit for my 87e. At the same time I am also debating if I should just by shocks and lowering springs just to save some cash. I really don't want to be to low concerning the fact that most streets where I live are crap. I would appreciate the help.

H&R Race/Billie Sport combo is a good middle ground. Although, it is still fairly low.
