ordered bilstein sports. uhhhhh how do i mount the spring on the front shock? there is no perch. haha i feel so dumb for asking

it's an insert, you have to disassemble the front strut, swap the inserts and then reassemble.

oooh ok so the take the perch off the stock struts that are on the car now? arent they welded on? any way i could just buy new perches?

No no no...what you bought is an "insert" and fits inside your current strut tubes.
