H&R cup kit vs. 70/50 springs

Which of the two would bring me lower, and which would be better for street use/occasional track days? I heard somebody on here talking about 70/50 springs but dont have a clue where to find them. Anybody have experience with both?

    Thanks,
    Jesse

The real answer is less agressive coils for that, but 75/50s between the two

Neither of those is going to be good for occasional track use.

Just buy some GC coils and call it a day.
