Anybody instal lowering springs on stock struts?

How does it ride? Probably bad after awhile... Recomended or not?? Have money for springs just not for shocks yet. Wondering if id be alright if installed the springs on stock struts...

I'd wait till you can afford to do it all at once. Less work and headache, and less chance you'll blow your stock struts from the shorter springs.
