M3 suspension compatable with standard E30?

I got a buddy with a 88 M3 with a S52 swap. Anyway, He has the H&R race set up he is willing to sell me.

I have a 87 E30 sedan. Will it work?

your search should have said m3 springs but yea you can fit them onto your car

as well as struts as shocks?

Basicly he has the whole "J stock" suspension I would be getting off of him.
