Anyone have this bar on a M42?

I have the Sparco bar, but I decided that I don't want to fit it on my car, because I really don't want to stack washers or go through the trouble of fitting it right...

acc. to RD website, the bar fits the 318, 325, and M3.

I dont think ive ever seen a pic of the RD bar on a m42 though... :?
But that doesnt mean it wont fit I guess.
