FWIW I removed my rear spring pads and don't see any problem with it. There is another guy on here who said the same which is what helped me to decide to do it. If you are worried get some thin rubber sheet and cut a hole. Maybe like a mousepad or weatherstripping material at home depot? This will be much thinner than the pads.
I wouldn't sweat removing them though with no replacement.Comment

LOL still havent gotten around to taking out the rear pads but im planning on doing it tomorrow.
Do you guys take out the top and bottom pads?
