ok is it better to just replace all the seals in my 87 325e power steering rack or should I just replace it? it literally leaks out a quart a day now through both sides. thankfully I have access to alot of power steering fluid for very cheap but its getting annoying not being able to park on white concrete. limits my travels. any ideas?

yea I've been kinda putting off spending 200 or more for a rack and I dont trust the local salvage yards... I guess im going to have to shell out the cash..Comment

my advice would be a rebuilt one. i tried resealing it and it didnt go so well, ended up shelling out
the clams for a rebuilt rack and its great.
i figured a used one is just a matter of time to the development of leaks.
or you could try that lucas leak fix, i hear its worked great for some people, though your
