I.E. camber plate install question

ok i installed one and i am running koni yellow adj. and I.E. springs.

so i put it on and when i tightened the shock bolt it made it so sight that when i turn the strut the whole spring turns and when i lossened it it made the shock bolt start lossinging. so idk what to do. the center thing in the camber plate only pivots doesnt spinn so (these came off my parts car, so theyre used) idk if there is a bering i am missing or something.

i greased the pivot thing up and looked at it tryed spinning it, tryed putting a different washer inbetween the bolt and camber pivot.

let me know because i need my car rolling before the 3rd! or i can go to jail.

You should be set, just play around with it... And may I ask why your going to jail if you don't have a rolling car

sorry hahaha its the race one's and because i had a inspector come and he says i cant work on my car in the front driveway and hes coming again on the 3rd and he going to fine me and or throw me in jail since it is a crime!

found the prob i was missing some washers so it was rubbing. all better now
