Where can I find the collar nut that goes into the strut housing that fits a 51mm bilstein. I have searched and searched and bilstein is closed so anyone point me in the right direction?

Just wait until Bilstein is open and call them directly.
I experienced the same problem, but calling them directly is the quickest and easiest way of getting it done. It's part number B4-B36-U2442C1 and they are like $23 each or something like that.
