H&R sports vs M3 springs

Doing a refresh on the suspension- bushings, etc. Got a set of H&R sports and e30 m3 sitting on the bench; eanie, meanie, minie, mo? What do the suspension gurus think? These will be coupled with billy sports and 22/19 sways; though I've got a 21 cabbie front and a 14 m3 rear sway. too many choices. Going on a 91 318is.

The sports will be lower, I believe that there is a thread somewhere here with spring rates for both.

Sports are lower, rates are roughly the same.
