Steering column diameter

What diameter is the steering column? Not the housing... the actual column...

Ooooooor how can I check it without dropping the whole column?

there are two different style columns. airbag and non airbag. start there and try to make your question less broad

Sure, Im after the non-airbag column width. Hoping someone has one from a parts car that they can measure...

I can see the spline coming through the firewall in the engine bay...
And it loooooks to be the same diameter as the column... but I wana be sure:



Reason being, I need couplers to fit a steering quickener... and I need all parts before I begin install.
