e36 sway bar attachment on e30

I want to pair these up with e28 end links. Just need to know if these fit my e30 AST 4100's:

It says it will fit any threaded strut body with outer diameter 51.4mm, does anyone know if the e30 AST 4100's fit that category? I'm going to call AST tomorrow, but I havn't had the best of luck with getting correct information from them, so I was hoping someone might've had experience with this already.

So just in case anyone else was curious, Terry @ Vorshlag informed me that they would not work on the AST 4100's for the e30 because we have to use our stock strut housing for the insert. The 4200's and the 5k series are apparently a complete unit so they would come with that attachement//fit.
