    struts for 45mm housing in 51mm housing

    Struts for 45mm housing will work in a 51mm housing, correct? I recall reading a site that said this was true.

      I think Bilstein sells spacers with an ID of 45mm and an OD of 51mm. A pair of these and you're good to go.

        yes they will work, but you will need different gland nuts to help secure the shock. the PO of my car put in 45mm shocks and threw out the original gland nuts so i lost almost an entire day when installing my koni's.

          You don't happen to still have the gland nuts from the 45mm ones, do you?
