    Since everyone said suspension first.....

I am deciding whether I want to with the Koni's with IE Stage 3 or the H&R Cup Kit. They both are going to give me about the same drop (the H&R is a little lower). What are the pros and cons with each of these setups? The Cup Kit is gonna be about $100 cheaper. I see great E30s running both setups. I know Jordan and James have the cup kit, and Ryan Stewart and Slammede30 have the Koni/IE. Let me know what you guys think. Has anyone experianced both setups? Also, let me know if you guys have seen lower prices for any of this stuff.

    Koni Sports - $475
    IE Stage 3 - $240
    H&R Cup Kit - $625

    TIA
    Derek

Cup kit can be had for $550 shipped (I don't remember the site off the top of my head)

With that being said...search. Pretty much, everyone is going to to say, if you want to track your car, get the bilstein/IE stage 3. If you aren't going to and want a slammed ride, get the cup kit as its a softer kit and more comfortable for everyday use.

I say Koni's and IE's, but if you think about it, do you REALLY need the adjustability of the Koni's? Bilstien Sports would suit you just fine.

That is what I am doing, but they don't have that many miles on them and I didn't pay that much.

is the adjustability the only difference?

No. The Koni's have more travel.

Koni's are really more than just adjustability. Koni's are better than Bilsteins in every way. They have more travel and their dampening is totally different. They ride much better at any setting. You truly get what you pay for.
