    What were the J-Spec and Group N rates?

    Can't find it.

    Group N according to some posts on s14.net was 650/900?

    Super stiff. :p

    J stock is 700F/1000R or as close as makes no difference.

    Edit: looks like group N rates are 800/1140.

      Hmm, looking at that link again it wasn't specifically stated that those were the stock group N rates, but I saw 800/1170 in another thread before that so I figured it sounded right.

        Ooooh. Just what I need haha. Tomorrow I'll find out Bilstein can re-valve my 2nd set of shocks to these rates

        "Fronts= 800 ft/lbs
        Rears= 1142 ft/lbs

        This is the setup I have right now, and I did lower the rate at the rear to get somer more weight transfer traction. I now run 800 ft/lbs

        Best bang for the buck track suspension, not streetable, unless you dont carry your girlfriend.:p"
