    Fk Coils: Highsport or Konigsport.

I've been looking at getting new suspension lately, I was going to go fk 75/50 kit but decided against it because I want height adjust ability. So I found these two coilover kits on ecstuning.com. The first one is the Highsport kit, http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E30-325...vers/ES259993/ and the second is the Konigsport kit http://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E30-325...vers/ES259997/

I was thinking about going with the High sport kit because of the lower price and I don't think I'll mind not having the adjustable dampening that the konig sport kit offers. So my question is does anyone have any experience with either of these kits and does anyone know the spring rates these have?

There are tons of options within that price range. My preference is Gaz

Gaz does not require a core charge. Just send your strut and they modify and send it back.

Konigsport man. Best value and they will slam the shit out of your car. I'm planning on buying them after the winter.

Know of anyone running the RPM setup? I added them to the cart and it seems to be about $750-ish shipped with the currency conversion. Not a bad deal at all.

I've heard great things about FK from the VW world, but they're on backorder from all of the vendors I've contacted and won't be available until late November it seems. Kinda sucks cause I need suspension like yesterday.

Read the description...you can specify spring rates or just ask what they recommend based on your needs. They recommend upgraded rear mounts if you go coils all around, which they conveniently sell for another $125. I just sent an e-mail in regards to US applications, shipping, etc

                    From the site:

The Gaz height adjustable kits are primarily made for the modified road market, and the occasional trackday driver

For a track based solution please see our GAZ GOLD Height Adjustable Coilover Kits (click here)

We offer this kit with your specified spring rates or we can advise based on the final application
of the product be it road or track.

We strongly recommend the use of uprated rear topmounts (click here)

This product is also available without a rear coilover and utilising the standard spring/damper configuration. The price
is the same so please specify when ordering if you wish to use this item rather than a rear coilover. Images of this set
up available on request, the standard configuration does not require the use of an uprated rear top mount.

All RPM products are tried and tested on both our road and race cars.

How are a built to order set of coilovers on backorder?

And those $125 RSMs are way overpriced. IE sells them for $75 and GC has a set for around $100 I think.

Is anyone running the Gaz shocks coilover suspension right now? How do you like it? And Philo, can you send me a link about the konigsport coilovers? I'm in the market myself and so far, I'm sprung off ground control but more money saved in suspension is more money spend in any other aspect of my car.

I have FK Highsports on my VW, and love them. I wanted to get a set of my E30 but I couldn't swing the money right now, so I bought their 75/50 cup kit instead.

BTW I love the cup kit, but the rear isn't low enough :(
