Is the sparco at bimmerworld any good? Ah but it's on backorder...
I went to bav auto and their prices were outrageous. The one over at bimmer world is pretty cheap.
I see Ie's is pretty cheap. Looks like I'll be getting that one.

this is what they say:
IMPORTANT! The BMW factory published body specification shows the distance between the strut towers should be 1002.2mm +-2mm (39.5"), measured from center to center (at the strut bearing opening in the inner fenders) - and the bar we manufacture is 1002.2mm, the published spec. However; we have found many cars (ranged across all E30 years and models) that measure about 980mm (38.75")... there is no published factory documentation of any difference in the body dimensions. We suggest you measure your car to ensure that our brace will work without modification.harry/harout

i hear good things about mason ones.
i personally have a bavauto one, came with the car, it seems to do well, we'll see once i get my suspension tightened up....
