i need of help and opinion

hii im in need of help on searching for the right suspension for my 4dr e30. any suggestion or feed back aabout any kind of spring and shock combo or sleeves or coilovers. ohh and also the spring rate. in my opinion i like a good stiffy ride and have good handles and a good drop height front and rear to give it an agressive stand but not too much. thank you for your feed back in advance. :)

Just fyi people on here aren't going to spoon feed you, especially when you only have 3 posts. I don't want to sound like a dick but take some time and search around. You'll see lots of people on here are fond of the ground control setup though.
Anyways welcome but just a suggestion use the search function first.

BC makes coilovers, and Ground Control. IE makes decent lowering springs. H&R racing springs with bilsteins/koni shocks is a common setup as well.
