GC Touring Camber Plates

Just received these this week, attempting install but having trouble connecting the dots. First time I've done this so I'm fully disclosing that being an idiot is an extreme possibility.

The plate is two parts, if I keep the unit together as shipped there is no room for the washer and nut to tighten. If I remove the lower portion it fits.

Currently I am ruling this to being a moron but please view pics and tell me what I'm missing??

Also, if I remove the spring hats and run just the plates on top it fits just fine...but contuor of the plates versus springs I'm having a hard time thinking this is the solution.

You have the wrong upper perches. You will need to trade for the right ones.

I can send them on Monday, thats the next UPS pickup.

Cgannes parts have been shipped to him for arrival tomorrow so he can finish his car.

In order to make it easier for people to tell GC the correct size spring they have, I have made a helpful little illustration that will be added to the website. These are the only three springs that will be found on an e30.

How are people liking these? Do they offer the 10mm drop like other GC camber plates?
