Front Control Arm Bushings and Swaybar Link Replacement causing Clunk

Replaced my front control arm bushings with PowerFlex urethane bushings (purple street compound) and sway-bar links with Myle heavy-duty links. Now I'm getting a clunk sound whenever I make a hard turn left or right. It's especially loud making a pretty quick U-turn. Seems to be when when the car is leaning to one side or the other. Makes the same clunk when going over a speed bump. If anyone has any idea what went wrong and what to look for, I'd be grateful.

    Thanks,
    Adam

    Check the sway bar bushings.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry, forgot to mention I also replaced the 2 sway bar bushings and shackles with BMW OE replacements (the original shackles were pretty rusted through). Could something be awry with the alignment of the sway bar or shackles holding the bushings?
