Bilstein Sports just came in

I just received my Bilstein Sports from UPS today and one of the front strut inserts is covered in red oil. At first I thought it was just for the collar, but, is something really wrong here? Any help is appreciated.

Both of mine were covered. I believe it's just the lube. You're also supposed to (or at least attempt to) compress them all the way first before installing them.
