ebay adjustable spring perches?

Who is using them? I've read that some of you are using generic civic adjustable perches, but idk which ones to get. Do they fit right over the housing or do I need to modify them somehow? Which ones do I use? If I use ebay perches I will probably use eibach springs.

Also regarding shocks and diameters... I have an early model (5/85) E30 so what size housing do I have? 45mm or 51mm housing? And will ix bilsteins fit?

I've used them, never had a problem... Did not use ebay coils though.

Please dont cheap out on any sorts of suspension/braking. You'd like to keep your life right?
