Which is better, what would be the pros and cons of either one? Reason I ask is because I currently have H&R Sports but a friend whose car is getting sold soon has Racing Dynamics Greens and said I could swap mine for his before he sells it if I want.

it's not worth the swap. I had RDs on my previous white car and they felt pretty similar to H&R sports, though I never got to drive them back to back
