    Koni/gc q's

Im thinking of buying the koni/gc set up with around 400f 550r would be stiff for
Dd? Ive had koni/gc on my integra and they were fantastic, mild stiff and not bouncy
I dont want to cut and weld that im seeing around here. I want a plug n play set up with
Height adjustability as well as dampers. Coming from honda scene would koni/gc for e30 suit my needs?

Not too stiff, but to gain full height adjustment you'll have to cut the stock strut spring hat off otherwise it gets in the way.

Would I able to cut that by myself or going to a shop needed?

Probably a shop. Or you can have GC cut and powdercoat them. They do a fantastic job. I have those spring rates and DD my car and they are great.

yep, the high rear rates may seem high, but end up being soft due to rear wheel rates... i am on 550fr/675rear.

Gc will do it for you if you send them out to them. They will also install the m3 sway bar tabs which is a nice upgrade.

Get another set of strut housings, them them to GC and when you get them back swap....done.
