I'm looking for a LOW!!! stance at shows/ the track, but want to raise it back up for DD. what do you guys think?

what length and rate would be good for what i'm looking for? I want something that handles good on the track, and street. AND if it matters at all, i plan to do a m20 swap... dont know if that would affect anything

Why do you want it super low at the track?

Well i dont know too much about racing and everything that goes into it, but for a lower center of gravity, and with the stut braces and sway bars i'm getting, i want it to be super stiff in the corners.

Low and stiff are not the same thing. Just call up and tell them what you want to do and they should be able to suggest spring rates and shock valving to make it work.
