The good news is that your eta already has sway bars in it OEM,
if I am not not mistaken.

You could get some used springs such as M3 springs, H&R Springs
- I have seen them as low as $50 but more like $150.

That leaves like $350 for 4 Bilstein Sports-may need to go used
in that case, cause they are more like $500 for the shocks alone,
then you need to add in a few bucks for the misc mounting hardware
etc.
