Will I have problems with my 205/55/15 tires? wheels are 15inch racing dynamic, not sure is it 6.5 or 7 all around.

Nope no problems. HR race isint all that low. Especially on a 318. Where did you find a 89 318 in the states though?

I had those on my 91 318is track car. H&R red race w/billy touring/ eibach sway bars f&r / IE rear upper shock mounts/ derling front lower bushings offset/ BMP f&r stress bars. Handled quite well and i ran Nitto NT01'S 205/50/15 no problems.

There is no 1989 318iS, hate to burst your bubble.

205/55/15 would be the correct height to run to keep the OEM overall diameter.
