    which shocks?

alright so my car has blown shocks and a friend of mine gave me some lowering springs his car came with because he switched them out for some h&r's. (bastard why didnt he give me those) i want to put them on my car but dont know which shocks to buy. so i thought i would ask the r3v community which they like best.

Any idea what kind of springs they are?

Either way, most likely can't go wrong with Bilstein Sports. Contact the guy in my sig, he should be able to get you a good price on them.

Pretty much the best options for any lowering springs on our cars is...

          A. Billstein Sports
          B. Koni 'Yellows'

The Billies seem to be more popular than the Koni's (I have Billies on both of my E30s) but the Konis have the advantave of adjustable rebound. That may or may not factor into your choice. If you never plan on 'tinkering' then Billies all the way...
