H&R race spring with oem struts

    how long will it last?

Define "last" for me. If you use the spewing oil definition, probably just about indefinitely. If you want adequate damping, zero. If you want some damping, a couple weeks.

How old are the shocks that are on the car? If pretty new, say less than 10k, you can probably get another 5k out of them. Though even if they were new they won't have enough damping for those springs. But if the shocks have 60k on them they are probably already pretty badly blown out.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Well...my struts lasted me a whopping...2 weeks max, or...200 miles, whichever came first. But then again, I have an 85' and I'm pretty sure the shocks have been on it since new.

Lol well then there's a chance that the OP's struts are a whole 6 years newer...
Drive it hard. Maintain it well.
