    e90 drop hats

I picked up a set of e90 drop hats, but once I had it apart it seems I don't need either with my GC's and Billy sports. The techs at BMW agreed.

I don't see how the hats can lower the car more than having them completely removed....?

I feel it would be unsafe and if it was un-needed it wouldn't be there in the first place correct?

You remove drop-hats for coilovers with camber plates, which I assume is what you're doing...

Drop hats are not for coil-over springs, or even GC plates for that matter.
