IE racing camber plates vs. GC equivelent

I'm going to be ordering a pair of either this week and just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with both.
I know they both are designed to work with a 2.5" coil-over, which I have.

How do they compare as far as stack height?
Noise? Hardware quality, etc?

I'm leaning towards the IE plates at this point only because I've read that they allow more adjustment without modifying the strut towers.

i have the IE's. i was originally gonna go with the MFE's, but they didnt come out till way past the initial release, so i went with IE.

without modifying the strut towers, i was able to achieve 3 degrees of neg camber. also, these things are quiet as hell. not a bit of rattle. i'm very happy with them. if it were me, i would either get these or the MFE ones (since they have a sealed thrust bearing).

MFE = Motorforce?

You have the race plates with GC and Koni SA's, right?
Do the IE plates have a spring perch built-in to them, or do I have to use the regular GC one?

The IE plates come with a new perch that has a bearing at the top so that it doesn't just rub up against the plates. They're pretty nice. However, the only way I've been able to get full movement from them is to remove two of the bolts that allow the plates to slide, otherwise, the bolt heads run into the tower before it reaches full camber.

I think I'll be ordering a set very early next week, along with 4 225/50 BFG G-Force Sports.

brew, you'll like the race plates. i havent had a single issue with them.
