Help me get springs off car!

What up im a newbie to e30's. I bought some ground control coilovers and I went to take the stock springs off and I couldn't get them off. Any help?

Spring compressors in the front after dropping the struts, just drop the differential in the back they just fall out lol

You mean the rear shocks? just undo the rear 19mm shock bolts and the trailing arm will drop. Dropping the diff will do nothing.
