advice pls...re tie rod boot r and r

Id like to replace a ripped tie rod boot....nothing else really needs to be done.

I figure to use a TR puller.......unthread outer rod....re boot ....and re assemble...



Ive read about removing brake cali, rotor... etc etc etc......y do all that?..... is it a clearance issue?...

ive searched alot.......its just not clear to me yet......

just lift the front end and take off the wheel. the rest should be obvious. well actually that first part was pretty obvious too.
