New inner tierods with no lockplate! 0.0

I'm revamping my suspension and my inner tierod assemblies came with no lockplate, the old ones didn't fit and i couldn't find one for the life of me, so I got some red loctite and torq it tight as hell...Is this okay the way it sits, or will it back out and end up turning into a catastrophe?

Let me know before something bad happens

So why didn't you get them from the same place you got the tie rods?

I bought the tierods from Bavarian-AutoSport, and they didn't come with the lockplates....Then aslo like I said before, The old ones aren't big enough to fold over.
So I'm just sitting here with my thumb up my bum, unless someone else knows something I don't.

Let me guess, they're not Meyle or Lemforder right? I bought some TRWs and the inner tierod was a bit different. Got Lemforders and the stock e30 lock plate was the correct size.

No its that uro brand. The build quality seems alright, it just left me scratching my head when it came with no plates, and the old ones didn't fit either

Here is my post with pictures so you can see what proper tierods are SUPPOSED to look like:

I'm in the same situation as you are EXACTLY! I can't bend it at all maybe a mm or 2 that hangs of the end of the inner tierod...so i like i said before i put a decent sized gob of loctite and tighten the shit out of it.

If I lose control and drive off a cliff, so be it...

It's more likely that you will NEVER be able to remove then ever again.

                        Nice going.

I really don't plan on ever removing them(hopefully), I just don't want them to fall off...I just like the satisfaction when I do things the right way.

Well don't be too pleased with yourself, using loctite is not the right way.

if it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape.
if it shouldn't move and it does, use your hammer.

loctite can substitute for ducttape, and a gun can substitute for the hammer...:D
