when I hit the side of the wheel I have a wierd clunking sound the car got brand new hubs and control arms also the wheel that this happens with is cambered in, could this be caused by a blown strut or is there a differnt reason for this

The shock insert may have come loose in the strut. Check that big nut.Adam Fogg- '88 M3

Yea, lift the car up and look through the spring to where the nut is. Wiggle the wheel around and see if it moves.Adam Fogg- '88 M3
