    spring help!

Ok, so i've got eibach front coilovers on my e30 alpina and it handles like rubbish. The previous owner finally found the specs of the springs on it at the moment.

Front - 322 (adjustable coilover type)
Rear - 310 (standard type of spring)

The car does not feel tight and stiff, it has body roll and i really don't like it. I'm new to coilovers and don't really know much about them. Can anyone help me with the best spring rate to go with? the car is used on weekends so it's not a daily and i mainly take it on nice twisty roads.

p.s The rear springs are the standard type, not adjustable coilovers so i need some suggestions on rear springs too.

    Thanks in advance.
    Was.
